Step 1 — Paste your CSV
From Netlify: Site → Forms → pilot-registration → Export CSV. Open it, copy all, paste below.
Columns used: Full Name, Email, Phone, Number of Flyers, Camping Passes, Total Cost. You can still hand-write Waiver and Wristband # on paper.
Step 2 — Print
After the table appears below, hit Print.
